PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insole 2 suitable for sports. SOLUTION: The insole 2 includes a base 4 and a raised part 6. The base 4 is planar and more or less flat while the raised part 6 is continuous to this base 4 in the periphery of the base 4 and extended upward from the base 4. The raised part 6 includes a first wall 8, second wall 10, third wall 12, fourth wall 14, fifth wall 16, and sixth wall 18. The average height Ha1 of the first wall 8 is greater than the average height Ha2 of the second wall 10, and the difference (Ha1-Ha2) is≥2 mm and≤15 mm.
