PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dissolving system capable of automatically and precisely determining whether or not dialyzing raw liquid should be additionally prepared, avoiding disadvantage that a large amount of the dialyzing raw liquid is left when dialysis treatment is completed, further improving the reliability for determining whether or not the dialyzing raw liquid to be fed will be short by precisely obtaining the reducing ration of the dialyzing raw liquid in a holding tank and a dissolving method thereby. SOLUTION: The dissolving system includes a linear sensor 8 capable of continuously detecting the residual amount of the dialyzing raw liquid in the holding tank 7 in real time, an arithmetic means 10 obtaining the consumption speed of the dialyzing raw liquid by a dialyzer 4 from the changing point of the time transition of the detected residual amount and calculating the reducing ratio of the dialyzing raw liquid in the holding tank 7, and a determining means 11 estimating the time when the dialyzing raw material in the holding tank 7 is depleted from the reducing ration of the dialyzing raw liquid and determining whether or not the dialyzing raw material to be fed is short.
