MULTI-FUNCTIONAL FLUID AUTOMATIC SHIPPING SYSTEM

A multi-functional automated fluid shipping/discharging system is disclosed. The system includes a pipe which supplies fluid; a flow meter to measure a flow rate of the fluid; a thermometer to measure temperature of the fluid; a manometer to measure pressure of the fluid; a discharge control valve to control quantity of the fluid being discharged through the pipe; and a discharge controlling device which stores in advance information on an additional discharge quantity of the fluid discharged between a 100% closing starting point and a 100% closing completion point of the discharge control valve according to a flow velocity, calculates a discharged fluid quantity and a flow velocity by receiving information on the flow rate, temperature and pressure of the fluid, and controls the total discharge quantity by controlling the 100% closing starting point using the calculated discharge quantity, the flow velocity and the pre-stored additional discharge quantity.
