Provided is a sealing method for identifying a species of an orchid. More particularly, orchids having patterns on their leaves can be traded in all seasons, but flower arts having high value on their flowers are difficult to trade except for during the flowering season during which they blossom and trades thereof totally rely on credit, resulting in some side effects. The present invention includes a banding line banding a body of the orchid and having a lead at a side, a sealing material installed by sealing in the banding line, and a tag fixedly installed in the sealing material. In the present invention, information such as a picture of an orchid during its blossom is secured, a sealing material or a tag providing the information is installed by sealing in a banding line. The banding line bands a body of the orchid and is manufactured such that it cannot be re-attached as originally attached after being separated from the orchid, thereby allowing orchid trades all the year round by checking the information provided by the sealing material or the tag. The sealing method allows orchids to be traded all the year round and contributes to the emotional maturity of the nation and the development of orchid industry by revitalizing orchid trades.
