A two-axle bogie for a railway vehicle is constructed such that force occurring on a front axle when the vehicle travels on a curved track is reduced, which is achieved with a rise in cost suppressed as much as possible. The two-axle bogie has the front axle having wheels with a first tread inclination and also has a rear axle having rear wheels with a second tread inclination different from the first tread inclination. The tread inclination of the wheels of the rear axle is greater than the tread inclination of the wheels of the front axle.
