PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor device capable of finely adjusting the resonance frequency of vibrations.SOLUTION: A sensor device 1 is equipped with a detection needle 21 whose tip end 21c is pressed on a measured object; a holder 22 in which a rear end of the detection needle 21 is inserted and held; piezoelectric elements 25 and 26 on which vibrations of the measured object act as pressure fluctuation successively through the detection needle 21 and the holder 22; and a protruding margin adjusting mechanism which adjusts a protruding margin L from a holding position by the holder 22 of the detection needle 21 to the tip end 21c. The protruding margin adjusting mechanism has a male screw portion 21d formed on an outer peripheral surface on a rear end side of the detection needle 21, and a screw hole 24d formed on the holder 22 and screwed with a male screw portion 21d to hold the rear end of the detection needle 21; and adjusts the protruding margin L by changing a screwing degree of the male screw portion 21d and the screw hole 24d.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
