摘要 Disclosed herein are methods, compounds and compositions designed for ameliorating oxidative stress in cells. In particular, disclosed are viral vectors that express RNA interfering molecules for inhibiting expression or activity of Nox1 or RAC1. Depending on the location of administration, expression of inhibiting molecules can reduce oxidative stress in neurons associated with a particular neurodegenerative condition.
