<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber roller for electrophotography device of which the rubber layer is manufactured relatively easily, of which the hardness is controlled to increase and has a little possibility to cause image defects. <P>SOLUTION: The roller has a core metal and the rubber layer disposed at an outer periphery of the core metal, the rubber layer composed of a rubber composition in which a carbon black is compounded and a compound amount of insulative inorganic microparticles is ≤5pts.wt. against 100pts.wt. rubber component, and an average particle diameter of the carbon black is ≥40nm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
