<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a spring from working off from a member which the spring is mounted to in a normal use, and to easily remove the spring from the member as needed. <P>SOLUTION: A spring mounting device comprises the coil spring and the member which the spring is mounted to.
