PURPOSE: A moving image AD(ADvertisement) system using a keyboard attaching a monitor and a method thereof are provided to enhance an AD effect by seeing a moving image AD through a sub monitor installed to one side of the keyboard while performing a computer work. CONSTITUTION: Advertiser servers(100) transmit the moving image AD and the settlement information for AD rates through the Internet(200). An AD server(300) is connected to the advertiser servers, registers a member by equipping with an operation database(310) and an AD database(320), stores the moving image AD transmitted from an advertiser, and provides the moving image AD to users. User computers(400) are connected to the AD server through the Internet, and are equipped with a main monitor, the keyboard displaying the moving image AD through the sub monitor, a keyboard operating unit, and a moving image control unit for downloading the moving image AD by connecting to the AD server and controlling each operation for transmitting the moving image AD to the keyboard.
