<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect questionnaires without bearing a communication expense on answerers and by using portable terminals. <P>SOLUTION: An information collection system at an event hall comprises: a means transmitting the contents of the questionnaires on a starting date and time to an area terminal 20 by an information collection server 40; a means transferring the contents of the questionnaires to the user portable terminals 10 in the same area through short-distance radio communication by the area terminal 20 received the contents of the questionnaires; a means inputting answers, names, personal identification numbers and transmitting them to the area terminal 20 through the short-distance radio communication by the user portable terminals 10; a means adding a hall/area ID and the present date and time to answer information for transmission to the information collection server 40 by the area terminal 20 received the answer information; a means choosing reward winners out of the answerers on the completion date and time by the information collection server 40 to transmit the names of the reward winners to the area terminals 20 corresponding to the reward winners, and also transmitting combined information on the names of the reward winners and the personal identification numbers to a terminal 30 at the hall; and a means transferring the names of the reward winners to the user portable terminals 10 in the same area by the area terminal 20 having received the names of the reward winners through the short-distance radio communication. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
