PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change between transmission and reception if a synchronous signal is not supplied from a base station device.SOLUTION: A radio transmission/reception device includes: an amplifier unit which amplifies an input signal; a control unit which performs operation control; and a first directional coupling unit and an input detector unit, disposed at the pre-stage of the amplifier unit, for detecting an input signal. The control unit determines transmission timing in a section between a rise and a fall defined from the rise of a signal, detected by the input detector unit from the first directional coupling unit, as a base point, to switch the amplifier unit operation to be ON at timing based on the transmission timing, and switch the amplifier unit operation to be OFF at other than the timing based on the transmission timing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
