PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamp device which reproduces glittering feeling as if an incandescent clear lamp bulb is lit, and is improved in adaptability to a lighting device.SOLUTION: A lamp device 10 includes a housing body 11, a light-emitting part 34, a transparent globe 15, a light guide 13 and a power supply part 18. The light-emitting part 34 is mounted on one end side of the housing 11. The globe 15 covers the light-emitting part 34 and is provided on one end side of the housing body 11. The light guide 13 has a light-guide pole 42 one end of which projects to the inside of the globe 15 and the other end of which faces the light-emitting part 34. The diameter of the light-guide pole 42 at one end side is larger than the diameter of that at the other end side, and the side surface of the light-guiding pole 42 inclines to a central axis z of the light-guide pole 42.
