PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer ceramic capacitor intended to increase accuracy of an appearance inspection by preventing an internal electrode in a ceramic sintered body from being transparently recognized from the outside.SOLUTION: A multilayer ceramic capacitor (1) includes a laminate (11) in which a dielectric layer (12) and an internal electrode layer (13) are alternately laminated, a cover layer (15) covering the laminate, and a side margin part (16). The cover layer which is a protection region of the laminate and/or the side margin part is added with a dye component for darkening the protection region. The thickness of the protection region is not more than 15 μm, and the protection region contains a dye component of not less than 0.2 mol with respect to a main component 100 mol.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
