<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid permeation lamina having high performance of uniformly permeating liquid as a whole, and a low cost heating vaporization device using it. <P>SOLUTION: This liquid permeation lamina is formed of a porous material, used in a raised state and provided with horizontally extending spaces 32 at the lower part of a liquid feeding position 31 provided at the upper part. The heating vaporizing device is provided with an inner cylinder 1 and an outer cylinder 2 disposed double with a prescribed gap while directing an axis direction up and down. The liquid permeation lamina 3 formed of the porous material is provided on the outer periphery of the inner cylinder 1, and is composed to vaporize the liquid fed to the upper part of the lamina 3 by heating the inside of the inner cylinder 1.
