PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously execute a rotating operation and an intake operation by a simple manipulation.SOLUTION: A foreign object removing device 10 includes: a cylinder 30 having a space 46 and a tip opening 50a in communication with the space 46; a rotatable body 18 extending from the cylinder 30 and capable of rotation relative to the cylinder 30; and a plunger 32 movably disposed in the space 46 for generating negative pressure from the tip opening 50a toward the space 46 during movement.
