摘要 The present invention relates to a method and apparatus to measure a laser beam irradiation distance of a laser heat treatment apparatus on a mold, to easily measure the distance to a heat treating portion of the mold from an optical lens head irradiating a laser beam installed on a front end of a multi-joint robot arm to maintain the distance, and to control an irradiation angle of the laser beam, to perform the heat treatment by heating by an uniform temperature. More specifically, the optical lens head is installed on an outer side with a plurality of laser pointers separated in a predefined distance, to measure the distance between the optical lens head and the heat treating portion depending on the correspondence among irradiation points by the plurality of the laser points, and to measure an inclination of the heat treating target portion depending on the irradiation point. The present invention has an advantage of conveniently determining the irradiation distance between the optical lens and the heat treating portion of the mold, since the distance can be retained constantly when the plurality of the pointer beams are identical regardless of a height of the heat treating portion. Furthermore, the present invention has an advantage of obtaining a superior quality mold by the uniform heat treatment regardless of a shape of the heat treating portion, by measuring the inclination of the heat treating portion depending on the irradiation point, for the multi-joint robot to operate the optical lens head to be in a perpendicular direction to the heat treating portion.
