The present invention relates to a needle bracket for an ultrasound probe, an ultrasonic diagnostic system containing the same, and a needle insertion method. The needle bracket for an ultrasound probe comprises: a bracket body; and a plurality of guide passage portions. The bracket body is mounted to the ultrasonic probe in the form of surrounding the circumference of the ultrasound transmitting and receiving portions of the ultrasonic probe. The guide passage portions are individually formed in the bracket body so as to guide the movement of a needle in a state where the needle is inserted toward the living body, and are arranged along the periphery of the bracket body.
