A communication system of the present invention is provided with a core network device (20), and a management device (10). The management device (10) is provided with: a reception unit (11) that receives sensor information detected by a communication terminal (40); a determining unit (13) that determines whether the sensor information is indicating that the communication terminal (40) is moving; and a transmission unit (12) that transmits, to the core network device (20), information instructing to stop communication relating to the communication terminal (40), said information being transmitted in the cases where it is determined that the sensor information is indicating that the communication terminal is moving. The core network device (20) has a communication control unit (21), which stops, when the information instructing to stop the communication is received, data transmission to the communication terminal (40), and also stops transmission of data to another communication device, said data having been transmitted from the communication terminal (40). |
