<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a safe and highly effective testosterone-5α-reductase inhibiting the activity of testosterone-5α-reductase reducing testosterone to 5α-dihydrotestosterone and free from side effects, and a food composition, cosmetic composition, medicated cosmetic composition, medical composition including the same. <P>SOLUTION: The testosterone-5α-inhibitor contains an extract of Pipsissewa.
