PURPOSE: A data transmitting apparatus of a mobile communication system and a method therefor are provided to compensate damage generated by a channel by adjusting transmission power of each sub-channel to have a certain gain and transmitting it. CONSTITUTION: Gains of each channel are obtained(S101). If all the gains of sub-channels are greater than a reference value(S102), an amplifier is turned on and adjusts transmission power of each sub-channel as much as a target receiving power with respect to channel gains of each sub-channel so as for the transmission power to have a certain gain, and transmits it(S103). If all the gains of the sub-channels are not greater than the reference value, the amplifier is turned off so as not to transmit data of every sub-channel and a corresponding Q-ary symbol is erased(S105). |
