Said hollow rods-screw is being introduced into the proximal and distal fragments at a distance of 20-40 mm from the fracture point. Ultrasonic waveguide is being introduced through the rod cavity so, that said waveguide projects from the inner edge of said hollow rod by 3-15 mm.
