摘要 FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: series of inventions relates to medicine. Described is composite material for bone defect replacement, containing pores with size of 100-1,000 mqm, which consists of reinforcing base and pyro-carbon matrix. Reinforcing base is made in form of frame from rods, molded from carbon fibers oriented along rods axis. Frame includes vertically installed rods and horizontal layers of rods. Each layer is formed by parallel oriented rods. Rods of each layer are oriented relative to rods of previous one and following layer at angle of 60°. Some pre-selected rods, rods of one, several or all reinforcement directions contain one or several wires oriented along rods axis of metal and/or metal carbide from group: titanium, niobium, tantalum, tungsten, molybdenum or their alloys, which total volume is 2-100 % of rod volume.
