The present disclosure is related to an integral system for controlling and monitoring vehicles that consists of a series of devices that allow a wide control of the vehicle park by authorities in a predetermined region, establishing restricted speed zones and automatically applying fines or penalties to offenders, recognizing the vehicle type in such a way that the speed limits can be assigned in a differentiated way; the system also facilitates the reduction of vehicle theft focusing on the apprehension of criminals and not just on the vehicle recovery, since it alerts the patrols when stolen or irregular vehicles pass near them providing a detailed description with color images, and at the same time, recording each event in a log to document it and keep record of the fact. The system also allows optimizing periodic circulation restriction programs to prevent environmental pollution, performing an automatic inspection of the vehicles that circulate when they are not allowed, with th e ability to grant temporary licenses in case of emergency. |
