PURPOSE:To enhance efficiency in discharging grain particles, by a method wherein a rotary valve and a wall surface of a letting-out passage can be changed over to be relatively spaced away from each other, in a system comprising a rotary valve provided in a letting-out passage for grain particles. CONSTITUTION:When circulatorily drying the grain particles in a storing chamber 11, each rotary valve RV7 is fixed by a positioning pin 43 through a connecting member 41 in the condition wherein the relative positions of the valve RV7 and the wall surface 5 of the letting-out passage 1 are maintained at a predetermined spacing l. In this condition, the grain particles are slowly fed into a grain-receiving chamber 23 through the spacing l by the rotation of the valve 7 by a driving device 65 including a motor 73, and are dried by hot air while passing through a dryig chamber 3. On the other hand, when discharging the grain particles dried, the fixing of the connecting member 41 by the pins 43 is released, and the member 41 is upwardly moved along a slot 45 provided in a side wall 9b of the machine body, whereby the valve RV7 is moved upward along a guide groove 39 to enlarge the spacing l. |
