PURPOSE:To prevent the variation of rotation imbalance, improve the rotor strength, and stabilize the rotating performance by forming the molybdenum shaft section of the rotor in a cylindrical shape and also by connecting its top section to a rotary shaft. CONSTITUTION:The molybdenum shaft 10 of a rotor is formed by squeeze- processing a molybdenum plate into a cylindrical shape, and the seat surface diameter of the fitting section of a target 2a is increased and the target 2a is directly fixed to the cylinder top section with screws 1a. The copper skirt section 9 constituting the rotor is coupled by brazing with the outer peripheral section of the shaft 10. By increasing the seat surface of the target 2a, the fixing precision is improved and the variation of rotation imbalance due to the variation of the target fitting section can be reduced. In addition, by fixing a rotary shaft 5 directly to the molybdenum shaft 10, the variation of rotation imbalance due to the deformation of a rotor shoulder section can be reduced. |
