PURPOSE:To surely form synchronizing pulses and to improve the reliability of the titled circuit by providing the circuit with an AND circuit for inputting the outputs of a monostable multivibrator and a signal inversion circuit and outputting AND of these inputs as a synchronizing pulse. CONSTITUTION:An input signal (a) includes a synchronizing signal 10 to be extracted and other signals 11. The monostable multivibrator 1 outputs a square wave (c) having pulse width T3 satisfying T1<T3<T2 on the basis of the signal (a). A NOT circuit 2 inverts the signal (a) and outputs the inverted signal. When the AND of both the outputs of the multivibrator 1 and the circuit 2 is found out by the AND circuit 3, the signal 10 can be surely decomposed from other signals 11 and a synchronizing pulse (d) tuned only at t1, t2, t3 to be the generating timing of the signal 10 can be formed.
