PURPOSE:To obtain the title ice particles used as a sweetener for ice coffee, ice tea, etc., by bringing drops of aqueous solution containing 'Aspartame(R)', etc., into contact with a cooling medium having temperature lower than freezing point of the above-mentioned aqueous solution. CONSTITUTION:Liquid or spray drops of aqueous solution containing 'Aspartame(R)' and as necessary other sweetener and other ingredient such as an acidic agent, flavor, juice ingredient, spice extract or coloring agent are brought into contact with a cooling medium having temperature lower than freezing point of the abovementioned aqueous solution to provide the aimed ice particles. |
