PURPOSE:To shorten the time for registering to a data base and to prevent a registering miss by providing an automatic follow-up registering function for registering each item of a follow-up report or a follow-up reply in the data base. CONSTITUTION:A user inputs a follow-up matter by a follow-up report input function 104 from a follow-up communication machine 103, and transmits the contents of follow-up to a follow-up management machine 101 of a development side by a follow-up report transmitting function 105. As soon as the contents of follow-up are transmitted, they are registered in a data base 102 by an automatic follow-up registering function 106. When the follow-up is received, the development side investigates its cause, inputs the cause as a reply by a follow-up reply input function 107, and transmits the reply to a follow-up communication machine 103 by a follow-up reply transmitting function 108. In such a way, the time for registering to the data base can be shortened, and also, a registering miss is not generated. |
