摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a catalyst having an excellent catalyst property by using a nano-structure carbon material as a catalyst carrier material, and a fuel cell having an excellent power generation property by using the nano-structure carbon material as the catalyst carrier material of an electrode. <P>SOLUTION: The method comprises a catalyst component producing process of producing catalyst component particles 2 inside fine pores of a template matter 1 with nano-fine pores; a carbon precursor absorbing process of absorbing a carbon precursor 3 inside the fine pores of the template matter 1; a carbonization process of carbonizing the carbon precursor 3; and a template matter rejecting process of rejecting the template matter 1.
