PURPOSE: A high-gain linear polarization micro-strip patch array antenna using a metal strip of a top dielectric layer is provided to increase a gain of an antenna by installing the top dielectric layer having the metal strip on a top part of the micro-strip patch array antenna. CONSTITUTION: A high-gain linear polarization micro-strip patch array antenna using a metal strip of a top dielectric layer includes a first bottom dielectric layer, a second bottom dielectric layer, and a top dielectric layer. The first bottom dielectric layer(30) includes a ground conductor(31), a feeding line(32), and a first radiation patch(33) connected to the feeding line. The second bottom dielectric layer(40) is formed on the first bottom dielectric layer. The second radiation patch(41) is formed on one side of the second bottom dielectric layer. The second radiation patch is electrically to the first radiation patch. The top dielectric layer(50) is formed on the second bottom dielectric layer. The top dielectric layer includes a metal strip(51) to increase a gain of the antenna.
