PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly hold a sample when a needle is pulled outside of a body by installing an aspirator valve housed at the base end of the bore of a handle in order to aid the collection of tissue samples and to hold the samples within the lumen of the needle and equipping with a stylet to perform a perforation. SOLUTION: After the position of a stylet 14 is determined at an installation completed position, the stylet 14 is taken out after a bio-probe assembly body is inserted up to the desired intracorporeal position of a patient by using the cutting edge of the leading end 15 of the stylet 14 in order to reach the desired insertion depth. Next, an aspirator valve 50 equipped with the inside capacity 54 is prepared and a part of the inside capacity 54 is discharged by compressing the valve 50. Instead of a means 20 closing the needle lumen 11, the position of the aspirator valve 50 is determined in an air-tight state within the conical part 28 of the bore 17 of a handle 16 and in the air-tight state arrangement of the aspirator valve 50 being maintained to hold the sample within the lumen 11 of the needle 10, the needle 10 is processed to be pulled out. |
