<p>PURPOSE:To improve the durability of a multi-compressor and prevent the dispersion of mist from a muffler by a method wherein the clutch of one compressor is permitted to be operated or stopped while the clutch of the other compressor is being operated and the compressor is connected to a driving means selectably in the order of forward and reverse so as to be operated in conjunction with the driving means. CONSTITUTION:Upon initial starting, one is employed as a normal use compressor C1 and the other is employed as a capacity control side compressor C2 and, subsequently, when a switch is put OFF once or when a thermoswitch is put OFF, electromagnetic clutches D1, D2 are put ON--OFF so that the other compressor is used in the side of normal using and the other compressor C2 is used as the capacity control side compressor C2. Upon starting an engine, a bowl type mist receiver 9b receives the mist of exhaust gas dispersed out of the tip end of an exhaust duct 9a. In this case, the central position of a flexible pipe is arranged so as to coincide with the position of center of gravity of the engine while the flexible pipe is constituted so as to be bent into the shape of U-turn at the position of the center of gravity.</p> |
