PROCESS STATE SUPERVISORY EQUIPMENT

PURPOSE: To allow the equipment to easily confirm whether or not process states collected by sensors are in matching with actual states and to facilitate the recovery when they are not in matching with each other. CONSTITUTION: An arrangement state including a shape of each supervised object on a carrying line is synthesized as a reproduced process state image based on process information collected or given by sensors. Furthermore, each process information is added to each supervisory object image in a reproduced image and the resulting image is displayed. On the other hand, the arrangement state of the supervised objects on the carrying line is picked up by a camera. The reproduced composite process state image and the actual process state image picked up by the camera are superimposingly displayed on a screen to supervise the matching state of both the images.
