PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a nonreducing dielectric porcelain composition good in permittivity temperature characteristics. SOLUTION: This nonreducing dielectric porcelain composition is obtained by mixing 100 pts.wt. principal component represented by (BaK- X- YCaXMgY)OKTiO2 (1.00<K<=1.04; 0.003<=X<=0.02; 0.003<=Y<=0.03) with one or more of 0.3-1.0 pt.wt. Co3 O4 , 0.3-1.0 pt.wt. ZnO and 0.4-1.2 pts.wt. NiO, 0.1-0.5 pt.wt. MnCO3 and 0.05-0.3 pt.wt. SiO2 and baking the resultant mixture. As a result, an inexpensive base metal such as nickel can be used as an inner electrode to produce a high-characteristic multilayer type porcelain capacitor excellent in temperature characteristics of permittivity. |
