PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heat transfer recording medium wherein an ink layer contg. a monomer, a hot-melt substance and a coloring agent laminated on a film base material can be simply formed by irradiating it with light by forming a polymer through ion-polymn. of this monomer and a good printing can be performed. SOLUTION: In a heat transfer recording medium 1, an ink layer 4 prepd. by curing a recording material for heat transfer is laminated on a base material 2 and lubricating layer 5 is formed on the back face 2a of the base material 2. In this recording material for heat transfer, a UV-curable resin is a main component, and if necessary, a hot-melt substance, a coloring agent and other additives with a fine amt. are compounded. In addition, the UV-curable resin is constituted of a photo-polymerizable prepolymer, a photo-polymerizable monomer, a photo-initiator as main components and especially, an epoxy monomer or a vinyl ether monomer which is ion-polymerized by irradiating with UV rays and 10-80 pts.wt. epoxy monomer or vinyl ether monomer are compounded therein. |
