摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a learning image without expansion or contraction without depending upon the web feeding state by fetching a plurality of inspecting images, calculating the median values of the density value of each pixel, and forming the learning image of the basis of reference image with it as the pixel value of the learning image. SOLUTION: A plurality of images fetched continuously or at a predetermined interval are sequentially stored in image memories A24, B26, C28 through an image fetching processor 22. Then, the median values of the fetched images are calculated by a median value calculator 38, the image with the median value as a pixel value is stored as a learning image in a learning image memory 40, and stored as a reference image in a reference image memory 42. Thus, the learning image without expansion or contraction can be obtained without depending upon the web feeding state, and stable inspection can be executed.
