<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wavelength multiple intra-chip optical interconnection circuit, an electro-optical device, and an electronic appliance which permit the speed-up of signal transmission speed, make a device fine and compact easily, and are simply manufactured. <P>SOLUTION: The wavelength multiple intra-chip optical interconnection circuit is provided with a plurality of circuit blocks 240a, 240b and 240c disposed on an integrated circuit chip 10d and an optical waveguide 30 which is a transmission line for transmitting a plurality of light rays having different wavelengths (λ1, λ2) among the circuit blocks 240a, 240b and 240c and is disposed on the integrated circuit chip 10d. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
