Prismatic light conductor channel

The light conductor channel consists of an interior light conductor and an outer protective layer (2) for forwarding and distributing light. The interior light conductor and the outer protective layer are separated through a cavity and connected by device of narrow bridges (3) which proceed parallel to the longitudinal direction of the channel. The outer layer is preferably manufactured from a light-conducting, especially transparent, material. A shining reflector material is preferably layered on some areas of the outside of the outer protective layer.
