PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the colors of toners in developing units from being mixed when a toner storage container to be replaced is moved to a replacement position, in an image forming device equipped with a revolver developing unit. SOLUTION: A photoreceptive drum 200 is rotated and driven at a specific speed during a period of time that the toner cartridge to be replaced is moved to the specific replacement-position by rotating the revolver developing unit 230. Even when the toner sticks to the photoreceptive drum 200, the part to which the toner is sticking is moved apart from a developing position when the following toner cartridge comes into contact with the photoreceptive drum 200. Thus, in the contact of the following unit with the photoreceptive drum 200, the color of the toner in it is prevented from being mixed with the color of the toner in the previous toner cartridge. |
