PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the reliability of a control information generator for a broadcast system by configuring it of two means, control information generating means and a control information output means. SOLUTION: An input section 11, a table generating section 12, and an output section 13 configure a control information generating means 1. An input section 21, a version management section 22, a TS packet processing section 23, a band adjustment section 24, a storage section 25, a scheduler 26, and an output section 27 configure a control information output means 2. The control information generating means 1 generates a table from program schedule information and gives it to the control information output means 2 via a bus. The control information output means 2 gives a version number to the table and assembles the table into a packet and sends it. Since the table generating process and the version management process are separated, flexible processing is conducted and stable operation is obtained against load fluctuation. |
