PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save labor and a time required for information retrieval remarkably and to check the contents of the retrieved information before the information reaches a recipient in the case of conducting the information retrieval on a computer network. SOLUTION: This communication information management method has a step s1 where hyper text transfer protocol HTTP information on a network communicated between a client computer and a WWW server is analysed, a step s2 where a keyword corresponding to the contents is generated, based on the analysis result, a step s3 where the keyword and a URL are stored in a database accessible from a computer managed by each of the user-self using a WWW proxy server in common, a step s4 where preset processing is applied to the HTTP information, steps s5, s6 where when the HTTP information is proper, it is sent to the WWW proxy server and steps s5, s7 where when the HTTP information is improper, the HTTP information is deleted. |
