PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a power device and to reduce its cost, by connecting a persistent battery and an instantaneous battery in parallel to the output terminals of the power device, without especially providing a controller for controlling the ratio of current sharing. SOLUTION: Within a range in which a discharging ability can be kept, an instantaneous battery whose internal resistance is smaller discharges a larger current spontaneously. Besides, a terminal voltage boosting phenomenon occurs at the time of large-current charging, and a larger current flows in the instantaneous battery 2. If a battery such as a charging physical battery having a large voltage-drop property is used as an instantaneous battery 2 is used, constitution wherein a persistent battery 1 and an instantaneous battery 2 are connected simply in parallel in this way, makes the current sharing ratio of the instantaneous battery 2 larger automatically when a required quantity of charge and discharge is large, and the current sharing ratio of the persistent battery 1 increases relatively as the required quantity of charge and discharge decreases. Accordingly, a controller for controlling the current sharing ratio is not required. |
