PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly progress a conference and to improve an operability by avoiding the confliction of operations to plural processing objects which are displayed on the common screen of a terminal to be operated in an electronic conference system. SOLUTION: An operation terminal is connected to the terminal 2 to be operated by a network and operation right is set at every AP window being a processing object unit in the common screen display device 1 of the terminal 2 to be operated. Operation right is managed by the operation right managing table 21 of an operation right managing part 20, the processing object being in an active state is managed and the processing objects are operated with an operation input receiving part 12 by an input operation from the operation terminal having operation right. Then a condition is set concerning operation right obtaining and operation right validating. The terminal to be operated commonly performs a duty as one operation terminal by obtaining operation right on an equal condition as one operation terminal.
