PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use the same operation device for operating each working machine operating each operation by attaching the working machine to a tractor (the main machine) and further to allow the indication of each indicating part of each operation means in the operation device to be indicated by switching the indicating part for each working machine. SOLUTION: An operation device 4 having each working machine for carrying out various kinds of operations by being attached to a tractor, each operation means 25, 26 for operating each part of the working machines, and each indicating part 25a, 26a is formed. The indication is indicated on each indicating part 25a, 26a by switching the indication to the one corresponding to each operation means 25, 26 of the set working machine by the operation of a setting means 23 for setting the selected and attached working machine.
