PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively put an image fetched from the outside in order and edit it without complicated operation. SOLUTION: This information processor is provided with a schedule preparing means for preparing a schedule provided with a character description area and an image display area together with a date/time, an image fetching means for fetching image data, to which date/time information in the image pickup is added, from the outside, a date/time information extracting means for extracting the date/time information from the image data and a control means for synthesizing image data and storing them in a prescribed storage means so as to overlap an image corresponding to the image data in the image display area where the date/time information is correspondent to the date/time of the schedule.
