METHOD AND DEVICE FOR TRANSFERRING ELECTRONIC MONEY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guarantee balance when an IC card has been damaged in an IC card management type electronic money system. SOLUTION: When electronic money is transferred from a payer device 100 to a recipient device 200, continuously to this transfer, the recipient device 200 deposits that received electronic money into a financial institution device 300. When that electronic money is deposited, the financial institution device 300 immediately preserves the deposit information and issues the electronic money of the same amount to the recipient device 200. The financial institution device 300 analyzes the deposit information and can follow the transaction history of that electronic money.
