PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maternity passbook information link device where electronic health information described on the maternity passbook is made electronic and linked with medical consultation information in the medical consultation information data base of a medical institution and a maternity passbook information link program storage medium storing the maternity passbook information link program. SOLUTION: An IC card 2 is provided with an input means 11 for inputting health information 12 concerning mother and baby described on the maternity passbook and link information 13 for linking that health information 12 with medical consultation information 22a, 22b,... stored in medical consultation information data bases 21a, 21b,... of respective medical institutions and an information link means 14 for linking the health information 12 stored on the IC card 2 with the medical consultation information 22a, 22b,... stored in the medical consultation information data bases 21a, 21b,... on the basis of that link information 13. |
