PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire information on a parking lot including the location of the parking lot through two-way wireless communication in real time, to reserve the utilization of the parking lot and to enable parking lot charging or settlement of charges based on parking time. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a communication terminal 2 for transmitting a request signal requesting the provision of parking lot information and for transmitting a parking lot reservation application signal selected from the provided parking lot information and an information center constituted so as to enable two-way wireless communication with this communication terminal 2 for providing the parking information to this communication terminal 2 when the request signal of parking lot information provision is received and for transmitting approval/refusal to the application of reservation when the reservation application signal is received. |
