PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and secure method for periodically conducting an operation test as a whole system by receiving test position information from a mobile terminal, permitting a sound synthesizing means to make a sound respond to a mobile terminal, converting it into an address, and conducting operation tests on a position information detection means and a radio communication means containing data/sound. SOLUTION: At the time of recognizing the operation of a mobile terminal 1, the mobile terminal 1 is set to a diagnosis mode and a test key 8 is depressed. The mobile terminal 1 transmits position information detected by a position information detection means 2 such as GPS and a terminal ID. An operation recognition terminal 10 in an information service center receives position information and terminal ID, recognizes a member based on terminal ID. A longitude/ latitude/address conversion function 13 converts the longitude/latitude of position information into an address, converts the address into sound by an address/sound conversion function 14 and sound is transmitted to the mobile terminal 1. Thus, the operations of the position information detection means 2 and the radio communication means 4 containing data/sound can be recognized. |
